We supply and Install air pollution control systems and equipment for eliminating and minimizing a wide spectrum of air pollutants and regulated emissions from virtually all types of sources and applications.
Cyclone
Cyclone dust collectors can be used as pre-separators to reduce the dust load reaching the final filter, or as protective devices to remove large hot particles from the gas or air stream to prevent damage to the filter material.
The most common applications
Cyclone separators are successfully utilized for high-efficiency separation of heavy pollutants from extracted air. The most common application is sawmill extraction of wet and heavy sawdust.
Bagfilters
Bagfilter is a dust collector that removes particulate matter from commercial processes out of the air. Power plants, steel mills, pharmaceutical producers, food manufacturers, chemical producers and other industrial companies often use Bagfilters to control emission of air pollutants. Bagfilters came into widespread use in the late 1970s after the invention of high-temperature fabrics (for use in the filter media) capable of withstanding temperatures over 350 °F (177 °C). Bagfilters typically have a particulate collection efficiency of 99% or better, even when particle size is very small
Gas Scrubbers
A scrubber is a waste gas treatment installation in which a gas stream is brought into intensive contact with a liquid, with the aim of allowing certain gaseous components to pass from the gas to the liquid. Scrubbers can be employed as an emission-limiting technique for many gaseous emissions. Scrubbing is also referred to as absorption.
The most common applications
Particulate Matter, VOC, HCl, SO2, H2S, mercaptans, and fatty acids.
